Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team in both agile and waterfall SDLC to deliver against product requirements
• Working closely with the product and business teams to understand product requirements, and design and implement solutions.
• Write server-side code for web-based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
• Design and develop APIs for internal and external developers.
• Architect, design, implement and tune robust features that perform and scale in a multi-tenant environment
• Define API frameworks and best practices for API development
• Work across the organization to review and define new API services
• Resolve technical issues in existing applications

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of REST and the HTTP protocol
• Deep knowledge of Java and the JVM
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with RESTful web services and cloud-based architectures
• Thorough understanding of software architecture and object oriented design

Sr. Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team in both agile and waterfall SDLC to deliver against product requirements
• Working closely with the product and business teams to understand product requirements, and design and implement solutions.
• Work on iOS/Android applications architecture and develop applications using the latest mobile standards
• Build native mobile applications on iOS and Android (phone and tablets)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years developing iOS and Android apps
• Expert in iOS SDK, Cocoa, Apple deployment process, popular iOS testing, and productivity tools
• Expert in Android SDK, Google deployment process, third party Android testing, and productivity tools
• Experience with GitHub
• Experience with RESTful web services, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with Social Network (Facebook, Twitter, etc…) API integrations and maps integration a must

QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team in both agile and waterfall SDLC to achieve a complete understanding of company products and formulate testing strategies and solutions
• Design, develop and deploy test procedures for our wide range of products
• Working closely with the product and development teams (both remote and local) to understand product requirements, architecture and technology.
• Triaging test execution results and validating against product requirements and with product teams. Filing bugs where appropriate.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation test scripts used during Development and QA cycles.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience
• Experience with Java, Groovy, JUnit, MySQL
• Experience with mobile QA environment and coding (Android SDK, DDMS, xCode)
• Experience writing automation scripts
• Experience with RESTful web services and cloud-based architectures
• Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented test design using open source tools (eg. Selenium, Chrome developer tools)

Account Manager (DC)

Purpose

Manage and maintain strong relationships with partner accounts & assist Regional Business Manager in all areas of brand management, event planning, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• As a face of our fast growing startup, you will promote and encourage the need of Webtab and it’s capability of greater process and cost efficiency to local business owners while increasing their customer relations and expressing the need of our services in revolutionizing their business
• You will be visiting bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. on a daily basis to maintain satisfaction to those currently on our network
• Aside from in person meetings with bar/restaurant owners, you’ll be making a high volume of calls and emails to current clients and business partners in the DC area on a daily basis
• All calls and client meetings are those created and managed primarily by you and your Regional Mgr.
• You will be working with our current partners once a contract is signed and will thus be responsible for the entire on boarding process with the new Webtab partner
• You will work closely with our partners on planning and executing a launch party for every new venue, you’ll also be responsible for post event follow up and subsequent traction of the application
• Work closely with Regional Business Manager on strategizing and planning monthly events, promotions, partnerships, and other means of growing adoption of the application
• Expand customer relations by maintaining rapport with key clients while identifying new opportunities
• Responsible for the distribution of collateral to current partners
• With support from HQ, attend and contribute to all required company meetings via conference call, webinar, or in person attendance

Skills, Ability, Experience

• History of meeting and exceeding goals, account management, presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, and strong social skills
• Have excellent strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Must be outgoing and highly social
• Self starter that must be motivated and results driven
• Must own an iPhone or Android Smartphone and have a basic understanding of apps
